As we are known as the Basmati rice manufacturer and exporter in India, the mill is best equipped for hygienic rice warehouses. As we are certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, FSSAI, REX, and USFDA we provide advanced processing, quality control, packaging, and warehouse needs which capable to accomplish the requirements of clients worldwide. We have a final production capacity of 200 MT per day/ 5000 MT per month from 03 automatic production units and have amazing storage facilities of 25,000 MT. The capacity of the storage unit helps us to stock rice with hygienic conditions and helps us to complete targets while prioritizing timely deliverables.

Our Infrastructure

• Latest & Proven Technology : Our manufacturing unit is equipped with ultra-modern Machinery including Automated Dryers, Pre cleaners, Destoners, Precision-Sizers, Paddy Separators, De-Huskers, etc. The plant and its machinery are set up by Satake-Japan which is a world leader in grain processing systems producing a comprehensive range of individual machines, integrated systems, and totally engineered solutions for the processing of rice.
• Processing And Milling : Our rice mills are a stage of art and to attain the desired quality of rice we need to use pre-cleaners, de-huskers, polishers, sortex, silky, rice bins, and magnets to completely protect the food. And this process leads against contamination and other impurities during the food process of milling. The natural form of rice is inedible, hence there are several operations that need to be done for the final product.
